Try Improv. Learn the basics. Have fun!

Improv Easton is hosting a 6-week Intro to Improv session. You're invited to build skills, connection, and confidence—together.

Intro to Improv is a welcoming, six-week workshop designed for people who are curious about improv comedy and want to build skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Whether you’ve never tried improv before or are looking to reconnect with your playful side, this class is a great place to start.

You’ll learn the foundational skills improvisers use to create scenes together—listening deeply, trusting your instincts, supporting your scene partners, and building on ideas in the moment. Along the way, we’ll focus on the core improv principles that guide our work at Improv Easton: Yes, and, there are no mistakes, and we’ve got each other’s backs.

Classes are playful, collaborative, and designed to help you grow at your own pace. Improv skills aren’t just for the stage—they’re life skills that can boost confidence, spark creativity, improve communication, and help you feel more connected to others.

No prior experience in theater or comedy is required—just curiosity and a willingness to show up and play.

Sessions take place on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9pm at the Waterfowl Building in Easton.

Email improveaston@gmail.com with any questions.

Please note that our paid workshops are open to adults ages 18 and older. Because improv is unscripted and participant-driven, adult themes or language may arise; instructors set ground rules to create a welcoming space, and the age limit helps support that environment.
