Burns Supper
St. Andrew’s Foundation of the Eastern Shore
The Burns Supper is an institution of Scottish life: a night to celebrate the life and works of the national Bard and all things Scottish. Ours is an indulgent affair with fine old Malt Whisky, fine wine, a delicious meal provided by Ian Fleming and his team, poetry and performance by Peregrine Russell Hunter and our Eastern Shore Piper, Randy Welch.
Menu
- Winter Garden Salad
- “The Haggis” with piped entrance and address by Peregrine Russell Hunter
- Pan-seared Atlantic Salmon Pastry with a Lemon White Butter Sauce OR
- Beef Short Rib slow-braised with Winter Root Vegetables, Herbs and Red Wine
Please choose one and fill out the name and dining preference of all your attendees in the name field for each. - Dessert: Whisky Creme Brûlée with Winter Raspberries
Complimentary Service
- Wine poured throughout the evening and a serving of Scotch to toast the Haggis
