Successful strategic planning is essential for nonprofit organizations! How an organization decides what it should focus on, how it prioritizes actions, and how it allocates time, energy and resources, can determine success or failure at fulfilling mission and achieving impact.
In this two-session course, designed and facilitated by Rob Levit, Licensed Consultant, Standards for Excellence® Institute, participants will learn the essentials of strategic planning. Participants will conduct scans, organizational assessments, and other critical strategic planning activities, to create a series of goals and objectives that will serve as a strategic plan. Advice on plan tracking, board use, and fundraising will be provided. If your organization has a current plan, use the sessions as a refresh!
Organizations must commit to attending both sessions, with a minimum of two representatives. The sessions WILL NOT be recorded. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. Space is limited and advanced registration is required.
