NONPROFIT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
4-Sessions: April 28, June 16, September 15, November 17
Nonprofit leaders and staff are invited to attend the Mid-Shore Community Foundation’s Nonprofit Leadership Program, a series of four in-person sessions at Chesapeake College.
Designed and facilitated by Rob Levit, Licensed Consultant, Standards for Excellence® Institute, all sessions will be interactive and experiential. Participants will enjoy valuable networking and collaboration opportunities while deep-diving on critical nonprofit leadership topics like individual and team well-being, inclusion, strategy, innovation, and program design. In between sessions, participants will be asked to complete essential readings, journal prompts, and conduct check-in and learning support sessions with fellow participants. Lunch will be provided.
Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions - the sessions WILL NOT be recorded. There is no cost to attend. Advance registration is required.
