Talbot County Empty Bowls 2023 Community Dinner Tickets
We’re so excited to be back!
Please join us on February 25th at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Easton for the 2023 Talbot County Empty Bowls Community Dinner to benefit Talbot County food pantries. Talbot County Empty Bowls has the joint mission of raising funds for and building awareness of hunger in our community, fighting to end hunger one bowl at a time.
Tickets MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE for one of two seatings: Orange Seating: 4:30 to 5:30 PM OR Blue Seating: 6:30 to 7:30 PM. If your preferred seating is sold out please email talbotcountyemptybowls@gmail.com with waitlist in the subject and let us know which seating you would like to be added to the waitlist.
For the price of the ticket, dinner guests choose a bowl (to keep) from the hundreds that have been painted at Kiln Born Creations, donated by local potters and other community members, or bowls made and decorated by local students. Once chosen, your bowl will be filled with soup from a selection of donated soups (including vegetarian options) from local restaurants including Pope's, Gourmet By the Bay, T at the General Store, Bistro St. Michaels, Bluepoint Hospitality, Hunter's Tavern at the Tidewater Inn, Garden Garnish, Hambleton House, Doc's, and others. Donated bread from Panera and homemade desserts will also be provided and music by the Royal Oak Musicians.
In case of very inclement weather, the event will be cancelled. Tickets/sponsorships will not be refunded; proceeds will be distributed to Talbot County food pantries as planned. We will make every effort to make the bowls available to ticket holders shortly after the event or at the Farmers Market the following summer.
THANK YOU FOR JOINING US IN THE FIGHT TO END HUNGER IN TALBOT COUNTY, ONE BOWL AT A TIME.
